DEPOSITS: A reservation deposit is charged at the time of booking. The deposit amount is 50% of the total-stay cost (100% on a one-night reservation). Your deposit guarantees that we will hold your room for you for all dates of your reservation. It is difficult if not impossible for us to re-rent particular rooms for particular nights with less than 2 weeks notice, so please be aware of our cancellation and refund policy as follows:

CANCELLATIONS: We cannot refund deposits if cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice. If we receive your cancellation notice 15 or more days before your scheduled arrival, we will credit your deposit back to your credit card, minus a $25 service charge.

Cancellation and Re-Booking to different dates - If this occurs within less than 15 days prior to original arrival date it will be treated the same as an outright cancellation. If you give us 15 or more days advance notice, we will transfer your deposit, minus a $25 service charge, to your re-booked dates.

Shortened Stays - If you diminish the number of days of your stay and give us less than 15 days notice about either a later arrival date or an earlier departure date, your original "amount due" will remain in effect. If we have 15 days or more advance notice, you will owe only for the nights you stay; however, minimum-stay requirements on weekends and certain holidays will still apply.

Inclement weather will not constitute an exemption from the cancellation/refund policy, but we will try to work with you in the case of documented flight cancellations or officially-issued travel advisories.

We reserve the right to waive portions of this policy on an individual basis, without negating the policy as it applies to all other circumstances.
